Pre-orders and forthcoming releases.


When ordering items that are not in stock, or those that are showing as pre-order, we will not take payment for the item(s) until they are in stock.  The exception to this is if you choose to pay by PayPal, in which case the payment will be taken at the time of placing the order.

When placing the order online and selecting Credit/Debit Card, the system will pre-authorise the full order amount.  Although payment for the order is not taken until the items are in stock, the pre-authorisation will remain on the card for several days, and the funds ring fenced, this may show as pending on your card account and restrict your spending on the account.

Pre-orders placed over the telephone will only take payment at the time the order is shipped, a small amount of £1 will be pre-authorised on the card, although the funds will not be taken.  The £1 authorisation will remain on the card for several days, and the £1 ring fenced, this may show as pending on your card account.


Should the manufacturer increase the price of the product prior to release (or if there is a change within their contract to ourselves), the price of the pre-ordered item may also increase.  We will always contact the customer prior to changing the price indicated at the time of pre-order and offer the option of cancelling the order.

Fulfilling pre-orders

We only allow pre-orders against our own confirmed orders with our suppliers, and we will make every endeavour to fulfil a pre-order.  On some occasions the supplier may reduce our allocation, and, under these circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil the pre-order.  Whilst this is rare, we would contact the customer as soon as we are aware of the situation.

Cancellation of pre-orders

We allow customers to cancel any pre-order without penalty.  Where a customer continually pre-orders and then cancels, we may restrict the items that the customer can order.


Availability information and delivery dates are updated on a regular basis from the manufacturers and are given in good faith.  We cannot be held responsible for delays or amendments to dates and changes in availability.  All product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

We now only ship to the United Kingdom

Covid-19 is still causing long delays in shipping to destinations outside the UK and Brexit has added new complexities and additional local charges payable by the customer within the EU. In addition fuel costs are fluctuating greatly, resulting in increased and unstable shipping costs. Because of these issues we will reluctantly no longer be able to process orders for delivery outside of the UK. Although we will keep this under review it is not anticipated to change until the middle of 2022. For customers overseas with existing orders, we will contact you once your order is ready to be shipped to organise delivery to the address on your order.
