Christmas & New Year Deliveries

We know how busy it can be at this time of year, so we have listed our last ordering dates for Christmas 2021.  It is especially busy this year and we would advise ordering as early as possible, the dates given are based on the last recommended posting dates, supplied by Royal Mail, but do not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Adverse weather can have an impact on delivery times at this time of year, so please do check back here for any announcements.

We are only able to ship items that are shown in stock at the time of ordering.  All deliveries are subject to our normal terms and conditions and delivery dates may change due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Royal Mail First Class

Although not a guaranteed delivery, the last recommended posting date for Royal Mail First Class is Tuesday 21st December.  All orders made by 10am on the 21st will be dispatched to meet this deadline.  Please ensure that orders only include items that are in stock.

We will continue to ship orders placed after this date until Thursday 23rd December at 12 noon, although we are not able to guarantee that these will be delivered before Christmas.  We are closed from 4pm on Thursday 23rd December until Tuesday 11th January 2022 and, although some orders may be shipped during this period, we can not guarantee it.

We aim to ship all orders placed after noon on the 23rd will be shipped on the 11th January 2022.

Courier 1-3 day Service

Orders placed before 10am on Friday 17th December will be shipped on the 17th December, although these are not guaranteed for Christmas.

Orders placed after 10am on the 17th will not be shipped until week commencing the 10th January 2022.

Availability information and delivery dates are updated on a regular basis from the manufacturers and are given in good faith.  We cannot be held responsible for delays or amendments to dates and changes in availability.  All product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

We now only ship to the United Kingdom

Covid-19 is still causing long delays in shipping to destinations outside the UK and Brexit has added new complexities and additional local charges payable by the customer within the EU. In addition fuel costs are fluctuating greatly, resulting in increased and unstable shipping costs. Because of these issues we will reluctantly no longer be able to process orders for delivery outside of the UK. Although we will keep this under review it is not anticipated to change until the middle of 2022. For customers overseas with existing orders, we will contact you once your order is ready to be shipped to organise delivery to the address on your order.
