Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payments

We only charge for items when they are shipped, however we will obtain authorisation from your card issuer for the full order amount when the order is initially placed.

We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Pre-orders

We only charge for items when they are shipped, however we will obtain authorisation from your card issuer for the full order amount when the order is initially placed.

If your order includes pre-order items (those that are currently not in stock) then the following will apply:

Items in stock will be shipped immediately (orders including items shown as expected 14 – 21 days will be held until all those items are in stock and then shipped).

If your order includes other pre-order items, these items will be dispatched as they become available, shipping will be charged at our normal rate on each dispatch.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may hold products until others are in stock to minimise the shipping costs.

The pre-order policy applies to all orders placed on or after the 12th October 2011.

  1. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by hand, post or the contact us section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
  2. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. 6. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

  2. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received
  3.  Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whatsoever unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
