Hornby R638 Roll of Underlay

Resilient foam underlay fits under the track to simulate full size ballast track bed. It also damps vibrations, so trains run more quietly and there is less chance of 'wheel bounce' to spoil performance. Cut the underlay to shape with scissors. Approx. 4880mm long, to width of single track with indentations to fit the sleepers. Strip is flexible to follow any straight or curved track and is easily cut to make junctions at points and crossovers.
